Athena Printer Problems

Hi. I'd like to log a service call for the Athena printer here at WHOI,
scallop, an HP Laserjet 4si MX. As paper is moved across the rollers, there's
an area that's picking up toner from the paper and applying it elsewhere on the
page, kind of like what pavement looks like if you drive over wet paint. I
tried vacuuming out the printer and cleaning the rollers that I could reach
w/out breaking out my toolbox and also tried a new toner cartridge. Nothing I
could do has any effect. Thanks.
