Helios is once again functional. After our earlier visit, problems
arose printing duplex. Jamming in the duplex assembly occurred. If the jam
was cleared, the pinter tried to print the duplex job again, leading to
another jam. the only way to remove the job was to powercycle and wait for
the printer to forget.
A new duplex unit solved the problem. We didn't catch it this
afternoon as the test print was set to run simplex. Whoops!
