Lou Isgur asked what the progress was on Peecs in 38-370. We had known
about the problem with the paper tray, but this was the first I had heard of
a problem with jamming, so I went to look at it.
I found which paper tray was needing a part and removed it from the
printer...the jamming continued. It was jamming in the fuser area so I
replaced the fuser. I've printed ~30 test sheets, then sent another 50
through the print queue, whereas before it was jamming after less than five
pages.
We will have the official paperwork tomoroow.
