Central Utilities Plant Steam Pressure Return to Normal

The central utilities plant has reported that steam pressure returned
to normal at approximately 16:10 (4:10 pm). We are in the process of
resetting fan systems that tripped off. If you notice that your fan
has not restarted by about 17:30 (5:30 pm), please call FIXIT and
report it. We do not monitor all campus fan systems and we may not be
aware your system is off.
We apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused. The
campus was without steam for only about 15-20 minutes and operated at
reduced pressure for about 1 hour and 15 minutes while the steam
pressure recovered to normal values.
