Much time has been spent this evening trying to help M.Macvicar with a dial-up
problem. Myself,Young,Brian, and Peter Ralston have tried to resolve her
problem. We have communicated with her from my office via the telephone
for quite some time. Brian and Young had gone the extraa mile with no luck.
As it s stands right now, her modem seems to be fine, and the dial-up pads
also seem to be o.k. This problem just may reside with ATLAS (11-135) itself. 
The operations people will be looking into this problem. Please respond, or
let hotline people know when problem has been rectified.
