JJmorey had noticed that M37-332-8 (VSII) was missing from its location.
All that was found was the anchor pad (VSII) cage lying under the table. The
rods and locks were not present. I have contacted Campus Police and had
started a report. Luckily enough, upon furthur investigation the crt, keyboard,
and mouse were found in the 37 machine room. 2 hours have been spent by myself
trying to locate/bother people in regards to info. regarding this machine.
I once again got lucky and received information from a member of the
operations staff stating that the cpu had in fact been moved sometime today.
This kind of communication HAS TO STOP NOW! This is very inconsiderate of
co-workers, and very time consuming trying to track down the where abouts of
the hardware in question. JJmorey was quite upset when he found this existing
situation on a routine check. We thought for sure a theft had taken place.
Unnecessary time spent, which could of been spent on the road trying to get
home during this snow storm.
