M11-116-2 reported as having a blurry monitor...seems ok to me.
m11-116-8 reported as having a broken mouse...has in fact a malfunctionsing
keyboard. Printing a - for a / is one of the problems and this keeps me 
from running a manual FSCK to correct errors. S/N WF72406793.
m11-116-9 needs software..
