I went ahead and replaced the registration assembly yesterday.
Date call was opened:10/12/95
Problem reported:13.1 paper jam.
Serial number and location of printer:usbb125853,W20-575.
Action taken:replaced registration assembly.
Part number:RG5-0161-090.
Finishing Page count:1145282.
PC service log number:R5518.
Notes: Did you folks get my E-mail about this printer yesterday? While working
on SGI in W20-575 I noticed Ajax kept having 31.1 paper jams. I just went ahead
repaired it being as I was in the area. Hope this was ok.
