Printer "Bob" low on Toner

Printer "Bob", one of the 4si's in the 1-142, is so low on toner that
pages are nearly unreadable.  I think the toner cartridge is even
beyond the point of shaking it to get the extra 100-200 pages.  The
toner cartridge needs to be replaced immediately, but since the other
4si in the room (Plato) is still printing fine, whenever someone has
the time this afternoon is probably fine.

If hotline is not the appropriate place to send this message, could
you please bounce it to the right place and let me know where to send
requests like this in the future?  Thanks a lot!
