nil: jams a lot

Nil seems to be jamming a lot in area 4 (lower paper tray feed).
Usually the jam is easily fixed from the paper tray area itself, but
every once in a while, it jams between that area and area 1, thus
requiring the opening of the lower cabinet.
In addition, the printer is making grinding noises.
Can someone have field service take a look at it? Also, it seems that
if it is causing this many problems that it might be a good idea to
disable the queue for nil.
