Athena machine not working

Hi,
I've got an Athena machine (DEC 5000) named JANMEG that apparenty
didn't reboot after the system update. It has since been moved from its
previous location to room 12-5001 and we'd like to get it running again
as soon as possible. The symptom before we moved it was that there were
about 4 lines of text (meaningless to me) that were being repeated and
just scrolling up the screen. We turned off the machine to move it and
now we are getting nothing at all on the screen.
When might you be able to help us with this?
