Hello,
We have a SunSparc 5 as a private athena workstation (Rm 13-4024) with the
host name "real-uma". The machine just `died' while one of the users was using
it last afternoon. The monitor is blank now with the following message on the
screen,
"Can't open input device.
Keyboard not present. Using tty for input and output."
I did check the cables, they are all connected tight. Please advise us as to
what steps need to be taken further to bring the machine back on line.
It also didn't allow me to reboot the system, using `stop a' keys. There is
no response to any keys. Your prompt response would be most appreciated.
