Thesis Printer still having problems

Hi!
Thanks for all the work you've done with the thesis printer (including the
new toner carts). Unfortunately, we're still having problems.
If you print double sided, it still prints faded ghostly letters on the
"front" page. I don't think normal users would notice this, but people
are really particular about how their thesis printouts look.
Again, the foam roller was inky and there was toner on the inside of the
printer. I replaced the toner cart, but it didn't help.
It prints fine one sided, and I suggested to the person trying to print
their thesis at the time that they print it single sided and then make
double sided copies at graphic arts (which was not met with enthusiasm).
I've labeled the toner cart I took out as "leaky" on the box if you'd like
to look at it.
