I think it was E53-220-3 since that was the only machine that had no one
logged on it.

Dear Maryam,
I spoke to Janet Daly and she said that I should
reboot the workstation which I did. It is up and running
now.
I found the machine in console mode and there
were a whole bunch of errors about losing contact with
afs servers. I'm really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
