Annoying Noise

There is a very annoyning noise being made by an air conditioner in
the Student Center 5th floor cluster. The air conditioner is located
just above machine W20-575-108 in the back room containing the Indy's.
The noise is a periodic rattle and is very unsettling. It can be
temporarily eliminated by manually adjusting a panel on the air
conditioner, but this only works for a few seconds.
