Hi!
Scott from PC Service came by and looked at Thesis. He's going to replace
the duplex roller that was soaked in toner, but that's not the cause of
the problem.
In this case, we had two bad recycled toner carts in a row. When Scott
used a non-recycled cart, Thesis worked fine. We've got one left, and I'm
switching to that one, but the explosion rate on the recycled carts seems
pretty high... since we've switched, we've had several that only lasted a
day before smearing the inside of the printer, and frequently the
replacement we used had the same problem.
I'm putting our last cart into thesis now, but we might want to think
about getting new carts for Thesis, at least, to avoid these types of
problems in the future.
Again, we're down to less than two cases of paper and no spare toner
carts, so we will need new paper and carts.
If you have any further questions, please let me know!
Matt
