Frank Esterbourgh just called to
say he has the 4-035-4 mouse call.
he said he would need to order it
and it wouldn't be in untill tomorrow
morning and asked if this was ok.
I told him it was Not ok and we wanted
this replaced today.
John C got a call as follows:
Alex (BEll) said he will get a new mouse for tomorrow.
He also may try to fix it toda.

Brian this is unacceptable if we have 4hr response, they should
have keyboards and mice or anything else we may need for repairs.
Note 32085 in resolved pertains to a keyboard we had to wait over
the weekend to have replaced, we didn't push this and now I feel
we should have.
