Thesis Printing Problems

Hi!
We're having problems with Thesis again. I switched out the toner cart,
and it seemed OK at first, but it's printing streaky letters now.
I had the fellow trying to print out his thesis take a ream of bond and
print on Bias, but somebody should come out and look at Thesis.
As a side note, the cart I took out was leaking toner all over... I blew
out the innards of the printer, but I don't know if I got it all.
We're down to one spare cart and two cases of paper... another couple of
carts and two more cases of paper would be swell.
