the consultants reported that thesis was experiencing poor
print, we had them swap toner cartridges whiched help'd 
somewhat.  JC and I with Blue lite on high raced to the 
scene, we did some cleaning and swap'd in another toner
kit, still poor print.

I then called PC and requested emergency service, Louie
show'd up as I was putting the phone down breathing heavy.
Lou took the fusing unit out and we cleaned some smudges
off that and did some vacuming.  There was still some 
shading on the printouts.  Lou took some test sheets back
to PC service where he found that this err is usually 
associated with the toner kit.

Brian Murphy and myself will take a ride to OLS to purchase
a brand spanking new toner kit and see what happens.
