The HP 4si printer "corfu", cluster 2-032, is broken. The error message on the
LED's is "13.1 Internal Jam", with the "13" flashing. I've twice opened the
printer and removed a sheet crumpled behind the roller that transfers from the
paper tray into the rest of the machine. Both times the sheet was removed and
the printer restarted, the next sheet crumpled at the same place.
