HI,
I'm at m37-312-4. The keyboard-under-the-desk
shelf thing is inoperable. Someone has replaced
the thumbnuts with Nuts and LOCKWASHERS. This,
of course, entirely defeats the purpose of having
a self tightening, captive bolt! Oh, and the person also
put them in upside down!
The thing is tightened down hard into a configuration
that the keyboard DOES NOT FIT!
Hope you fix this, because the shelves are really
good things! As you probably know, many are missing their
thumbscrews, but I've never seen anyone put such a
BAD "fix" into the thing.
