The sgi's in builing m66 are broken.
It won't let people login. Kerboros problems.
Before a user can login they must login as root and type at the prompt
/etc/athena/gettime -r 18.72.0.144.
The fix is temporary. After the user logs out the next user must do
the same.
I've been telling people what to do but I'll leave soon and the machines will be
useless.
Forward the message to whom ever you think is appropriate.
