You are telling me that the only way we can keep the clusters at a reasonable
temperature is for someone to complain when it gets to warm ? 

Not only does this not sound very Customer Focused but radical changes in the
temperature are bad for the hardware.

My understanding is that PP does central monitoring, if so they should be
given a range of temperatures that the room should stay 24 HOURS A DAY and
keep it there.
