The bug is that there is no /etc/athena/attach.conf yet preventing
users from doing this. The other bug is that track doesn't get run
automatically yet.
I don't actually think that creating an attach.conf will solve this
problem. Last I checked nomountpoint being set would prevent
something from being attached but would not prevent an existing
symlink in that location from being blown away.
