John, I added you.
I also made a few changes. I was going to make the list owned by
'hotline-acl' instead of 'srikar' when I noticed that 'hotline-acl' only has
one member....user max.
So I made hotline acl the following (after talking to jchase)
(medic) ~/% blanche hotline-acl
jchase
jjmorey
carlton
larugsi
ljr
It owns both the hotline email list and shutdowns. I also made 'shutdowns'
public since I saw no reason not to.
