The mouse connector seems to be flakey-- I've been asked about it twice,
and both times unplugging the mouse and then plugging it back in seemed
to fix things temporarily.

The mouse was not the problem with this keybd. It was the port on the
left side
of the keybd where the keybd cable would plug into. I have swapped out
this
keybd with a Sun new style keybd (# 320-1234-01). The old style keybd #
is
320-1073. Lorraine will be holding on to this keybd, pending Vendor
information. For now, I will write up the failure the usual way, but no
RMA # will be needed as yet.

m16-034-22 has been crashing repeatedly.
(It crashed on me a some days ago also and now it crashed on me and the
next
user.)

I have investigated this problem, and its once again a faulty keybd
(left
side) port. I have replaced this keybd with a new style Sun keybd.
** I will hold on to this keybd until I hear from Lorraine, who is
investigating with issue with venders **.
