user (solman) called and reports that picus is printing slowly.
it prints 2pgs then waits then prints 2 more than waits. I asked
him if I could flush his jobs and restart the queue he said this
was not an option and that the person after him was the one getting
ansie (morabito) I informed solman there is nothing I could do untill
after all jobs printed.
