JJ asked me what obligation we have to fix software on porter. According to
the agreement that I made with Rory OConnor, we lent them this machine under
the agreement that we would not do triage or maintenance. As a GTO machine,
it is a non-standard configuration and is not part of DCNS's normal
responsibilities.
