Hello,

The following question was asked inside of OLC. Could you please look
into the situation?

 "homer, the printer in bldg. 66 has been down for the last 2 days.  it
  will not accept anything as print input.  it will not allow connections
  from dialup, building 66, or any other cluster.  on occasion documents
  are seen coming out of it - printer by user:root.  why is it that homer
  has been made inaccessable to non-root users of athena.  when will this
  situation be rectified.  thanks,
