1) is not set to the same baud rate as in /etc/printcap. printcap
wants to be at 19200 baud (which worked fine for the previous printer)
but the hardware switches (as interpreted on the output page from the
printer) are set to 4800.
Can someone come and change the settings to 19200 or tell me what they are?
2) here is the output from `lpq -Pcrl` this morning:

this one I don't know where to start to begin to solve it. any concepts?
