Printer scallop @ WHOI not working

The HP postscript printer scallop at WHOI (I believe served by tautog,
128.128.16.220) is not behaving. I am able to spool print jobs to the queue
from any of the workstations at WHOI. The jobs are present and printing when
checked via the lpq command. The printer is online and ready but nothing ever
prints. I've rebooted tautog to restart the printer daemon (drastic, but I
have no root access on tautog to do lpc commands) and I've cycled power on the
printer. These had no effect. Next? Thanks.
