Hi there,

We found that the machine m37-318-10 was still running the burst ping to
199.1999 and stopped it.  Unfortunately it is not clear from the logs who was
responsible.  

I set up a packet monitor to watch for packets going over our spine headed for
your site, however if you have further problems please send mail to
'network@mit.edu' or leave voicemail on 617-253-8400 and mark it 'urgent' if
no one answers.
