JJ,

I think you're right.  According to the latest info we have from Debbie,
Material Sciences has not yet paid for service this year.  I tried 
calling Debbie to see if they've sent a req in the past week or so,
but Debbie is out today.

I would say not to service it.  Tell the customer that our records
indicate they have not paid for service yet this year and we cannot
service the machine until they send Computer Services a requisition.

Let me know how this goes and if you need me to follow up on anything
Monday.
