M11-113-5 will not boot..get:
?06 HALT INST

M11-13-3 had no ethernet connection message. I found that the ethernet
connection to the Desta had a bare wire and I was able to temporarily
repair the problem by taping the wire. The network people should repair
this problem.
I also rebooted most of the RTs per usual.
