Problems with my workstation

Two problems have occurred with the VAXstation 3100 in my office.
1. The displayed windows are longitudinally distorted to the extent that
portions of the windows do not show on the screen.
2. Multiple characters result when certain keys on the keyboard are struck.
(keyboard "bounce"?)
I am presently relying heavily on this workstation and Athena for a graduate
subject I teach. Please attend to these problems as soon as possible.
