crl printer is not working right

The print queue is 1) "stuck"(jobs are not getting to the printer) and
2) all jobs after the active job get truncated to zero bytes. I've
rebooted the server and powercycled the printer, as well as restarting
the print daemon a couple of times.
The truncation problem is new. Any ideas?
I need someone to deal with this right away. Are there printers other than
linus (which turns itself off promptly at 5pm) that people can print to
from the Garden (9-550)?
