The new SIPB news pmax (to be named bloom-picayune) seems to be DOA.
The keyboard only works if you keep the keyboard connector pressed in to
the back of the machine.
The display sometimes comes up with random dots turned on, and no self
tests appear.
This is all before we even got a chance to load an operating system. Pleas
have a DEC field service person investigate.
