Subj: Power Outage/Dip - Friday, 7/15
I would like to provide you with some feedback as to what just
happened with the power in some of the areas on campus. Some of you
experienced a quick dip, some an outage and some nothing at all. We
received communication from Comm. Electric that the F Bus at the Putnam
station tripped. Everything should be back on line, and the High
Voltage group is in the process of verifying this for us. This was not
a planned outage related to the switching that is currently being
scheduled for the Cogen project.
If you are in need of any further information, please don't
hesitate to call me at 3-1372 or FIXIT.
