Hi John.  I received your instructions for reloading the disk on menhaden and 
did so this AM (w/out having to call a CSR- imagine!) after the disk was 
replaced yesterday afternoon by Paul Jessey of Bell Atlantic.  Menhaden seems 
to be working fine now (it boots, I can log in, etc).  Figured I'd let you know 
as I hadn't talked w/anyone there to step me through this and thought you might 
have an open service call that you'd want to close out.  Thanks for all your 
help.  Talk w/you later...
