Hi Reid-
We should be able to take care of RZ25 err problem without installing.
If it comes to that we can stop what we're doing and then give you time
to do a backup.

As long as it doesn't mean reinstalling the machine, its fine with
me. If it involves erasing the hard drive in any way, it'll need
