AFS server needs DEC field service

We need to schedule a DEC field service visit for 'artemis', a VAX
AFS server located in the B11 machine room (I think). It has been logging
problems like this
Jun 12 13:45:42 artemis vmunix: uda0: soft error datagram (continuing): unit 2:level 0 retry 0, lbn 158776: drive error (lost recvr ready) (code 11, subcode 6)
for the last year or so, but seems to be logging more per day. These are only
reported for "unit 2", so DEC needs to check only that disk and its controller.
Please let me know when we can schedule the visit, so we can plan and announce
any outage. (This is a production file server.)
