just thought i would let you know that ajax, a printer in the w20-575
cluster is unhappy.
when i went to see what was wrong, it said 'UC LOAD LETTER'. i checked
the trays, they both had paper. i reseated the trays and made sure they
were ok. it still said the same thing, so i reset it. it came back with
'79 SERVICE(050A)'. i looked it up in the operating manual and it said
that it was unrecoverable firmware error and to try cycling the power. i
cycled the power, and in the self test it said '13.1 INTERNL JAM'
i don't want to open the printer, so i'm writing you.
