I need a service call placed for my tape drive (TLZ04).  It is on my
DS3100 workstation (rar.mit.edu, SN#AB12500N0W) in W91-201B. It is
showing a solid yellow drive light (powerup test failed) and a
flashing yellow tape light (self-test failed?).

I'll be at a conference until Thurs, but my secretary can let you in.

If you don't take care of this, can you let me know who should?
