Phil,

We started looking into the print quota problem on crl earlier in the
week. Unfortunately, the print quota database became corrupt while
debugging the problem with your printer.

We've had the print quota database out of service for the last day and
a half to fix the corruption problem. We just (about 5 minutes ago)
got the database restored.

I apologize for the delay with crl print accounting. We're giving the
problem top priority. We hope to have things straightened out asap.
We'll keep you posted.
