Could someone double check the accounting mechanism on the
"crl" print queue. Neither my lpquota nor Rob Smyser's are
reporting any evidence that accounting is working.
This is important, since we are getting hit hard with abuses from
other departments and students in general. This has gone on for
sometime it still isn't fixed.
