I found the back row of sparcs in the main room of w20, w20-575-6
through w20-575-10, in continuous reboot. When I found them, the various
machines were trying to contact orf and/or prill and/or meander and
couldn't. On all of the black-box ethernet connectors, the orange
packet-collision light was on. I stop-a'd them all, and then fiddled a
little with the connector at the end of the row. The COL light went off,
I rebooted them all, and they got happy again.
