m11-113-2 fails to login

M11-113-2, IBM powrstation 320, fails to login:
After login is attempted, the console gives the message:
"no hesoid information available for m11-113-2"
Then The following message appears on the screen:
"Login failed:workstation failed to login successfully.
Please notift Athena Hotline"
The screen returns to the startup level. I checked the
ethernet port and tried a power cycle and
got the same result.
