Hi
physical plant called to say they are shutting down the AH5 fan on October 6 from 10:15am to 11:00am. It services south west floors 2-6
There seems to be a way that physical plant people should be able to
send mail to shutdowns. The physical plant peson has to call the help
desk. The help desk person has to write down the information. The
help desk person then has to key each one into a separate message to
shutdowns.
Could someone esplain why the physical plant people cannot do this.
