and 2-032.

Priority Items:

1. Please follow up on all opene hardware calls & open P.P. work orders.
2. I have helped out Janet Daily with the light-valve issue.
3. I wonder how dependable these vendor card machines are. The one in 2-032
was reported jammed, but luckily enough the user was able to get it out. The
bottom line is that this could keep a printer down all evening. Do you think
Reid's group are aware of thisd possibility?
4. Don Troxel complaining about the 38-600 printers. Have forwarded to op.
5. The 7.6 SRVD release for Decstations sent the 1410 hotline phone off the
hook. Many Dec workstations were hung up until the release was finished.
I had spoken to Anne Salemme regarding this situation. All was o.k. after
   the release completed.
6. Called in Campus Security to tend to the 2-225 door. Paul has fixed at
   approx. 6:00 p.m.
7. Please read hotline notes carefully.
                       Thanks Much,
                                  --Lou
