ajax has a paper jam. It should be a simple fix if someone can figure out
how to open up then printer but obviously this is not too easy with these
HP 4si mx.

Is it possible for someone to put a simple operation guide next to the
printer so that people can at least figure out how to open up the printer?
I don't think it's a very efficient use of Athena's manpower (and i.e.
money) for students to ask hotline to send people to fix a simple paperjam
everytime it happens, when any semi-intelligent primates can just open up
the printer (with the help of the guide) and pull out the jammed paper.
Not to mention that it usually takes a while for hotline to send people to
fix things like this, and it's super frustrating when the jammed printer is
right next to your workstation, you can't use it and have to use another
one farther away.
